A Few Firsts

Todd has experienced quite a few firsts in the last little while.

First official photo shoot with the new camera!

First time wearing a real bib, as opposed to ones for drool.

First real try of rice cereal. As you can see, most of it ended up on his bib.

First time feeding himself.

His first time wiping his own mouth with a napkin. What a polite child! He is getting himself ready for Hawaii already.

Maybe not.

And first time being sick....I'll spare you the pictures of the bilious vomit :) Luckily he is feeling much better today and sleeping a lot.

Hi Amy!! I'm so glad you commented on our blog. Your little Todd is adorable. And how is it possible that we barely missed each other in California by a few days. Or maybe we overlapped and life was way too crazy to make the connection then. In any case, I'm so very happy for you guys. The residency, new baby, move, etc, etc. It's all so fun. I can't wait to read and see more. Maybe you guys should find an excuse to come up to Seattle! :)

P.S. Please tell your parents I say hello!! Oh how I love them!

What do you mean about getting himself ready for Hawaii? Are you guys planning a trip that I don't know about? (And didn't get invited on?)

This kid is just so dang cute!

I wish we were planning a trip to Hawaii. It is just little joke in the Stevens clan. My mom used to always say that we couldn't go to Hawaii if we had bad table manners.

I love that first picture - he's getting so big and I've still not even met the kid! Man! Will you guys be home for Christmas this year?
